We offer a range of services to help you to live independently in your own home for as long as you can by directly providing most services or connecting you with someone who can.
Toowoomba community care provides you with a co-designed service agreement and an individualised budget, which means you can decide what services you want and when as well as see exactly what funding is available under the package and how those funds are being spent.
Our pricing is based on the costs we incur to deliver services and maintain a local presence and to respond to our community needs, that is your needs. We promote customer choice and value for money.
